July 4, 2009 - Jacksonville, FL - Yeshá Ministries, Jacksonville’s only AAU/Olympic Tae Kwon Do trainer entered their 26 qualified competitors in the AAU National Championships. They won 34 Medals, which is significant as they only took 26 competitors. They medaled in 55% of the matches they entered with some divisions having as many as 31 competitors. Yeshá has proven again that quality training for Florida’s youth is there for the asking. Yeshá Ministries is a 501(c)(3) Community Service Organization which teaches Olympic Tae Kwon Do for no month to month fees.
August 11, 2008 - Clay County, FL - News4Jax - A self-defense class at a Clay County church proved to be very valuable for a woman recently targeted by a would-be mugger in a Middleburg parking lot. Terry Thompson, 55, said she has always been interested in martial arts, and a year ago began taking Tae Kwon Do classes with Yeshá Ministries to gain self-confidence and self-defense. full story
May 24, 2008 - Jacksonville, FL - My Mandarin Sun reporting - Yeshá tae kwon do schools plan to send 24 to AAU championships. The 24 competitors making the trip will help represent the 30 who qualified for the nationals at a recent regional meet in Orlando. Ten instructors will accompany the ministry's Competition Team on the trip.
